Was able to get in on my appointment when it worked for me. Everyone there was very professional and friendly. Got my vehicle in and out in a very timely fashion.

I complained about a metallic noise at my last oil change. Was told they found nothing. Took my truck in to diagnose last week and you told me it was my rear brakes and rotors making the boise and needed replacement. I took it to a reputable and honest shop yesterday to find out my my drivers side rear brake was just fine. It was the passenger rear that had a seized caliper and wore down my pad to nothing. So now I drove around like that for the last 4-5 months after I complained to you about the noise and had a multipoint inspection done that had to have missed it. I’ll never come back for service, oil or a new vehicle again and hopefully neither will anyone that I know.

I had some warranty work done on my truck. They fixed a widow seal and updated the software. Everything was done in a timely manner and communication was excellent.
