I dropped my truck off for an oil change and waited in their waiting room. It was a very nice area. It offered TV, free water, and a clean & quiet place to wait. Was notified as soon as imy truck work was completed.

Shane Weir, my salesperson was perfect, couldn't ask for anything more from him! He went above and beyond where most salesman would and if it weren't for what he did I would've been a customer somewhere else. 👏👏 The financing lady on the other hand needs to be less argumentative and more up front with customers.

Dropped off car for new tires at 8am and couldn’t pick up until 4pm.

Check in and out were quick and efficient and associates were cheerful and engaging.

Joe the service advisor was not helpful in finding tires for my car. He stated that only one was available at your warehouse, he then was unwilling to find another source for my tires. Also he stated that without tired he could not check the alignment so the problem which caused the tire wear was never resolved. I paid $140 for a diagnosis of a flat tire

Communication was great throughout the process of repairs on my truck. I bought the truck from Kayser and I will always have them service it for their amazing customer service and veteran technicians.
